                                INGREDIENTS
   Safal Frozen Vegetables are picked from the green
   fields of North India and frozen while still fresh using the
   Most Advanced Individual Quick Freezing Technique. Safal
   Frozen Vegetables are natural and contain no preservative
   or additives.

Instruction for use

For best results just follow these four easy steps

· Store in Freezer compartment of the refrigerator

· Take out the required quantity to be cooked from the pack and
place balance back in the freezer after folding the pack.

·         Thaw the contents of the pack so you can cook faster. Just
       place it in the open or in a dish containing tap water for a few
       minutes to thaw.

· Once thawed, do not refreeze.
